Councilwoman Maurer and Director Crowe (Office of Urban Analytics and Innovation) joined Sound of Ideas Monday morning to discuss the City's new 311 system. Councilwoman Maurer has followed the issue closely since the release of her 2022 Constituent Services Report analyzing call data from her first 6 months in office. The data highlighted the need for systemic change and a new approach to city services and resident communication.
