Application for an Ohio City Community Entertainment District

An application for an Ohio City Community Entertainment District is on file in the Office of the Clerk of Cleveland City Council. The location for the district is at the new Intro Cleveland complex under construction.

Ordinance 973-2021: An emergency ordinance approving the application of the Ohio City Community Entertainment District and to amend Section 699A.011 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, as amended by Ordinance No. 620-15, passed June 8, 2015, relating to Community Entertainment Districts; will be heard at the Development, Planning and Sustainability Committee on Nov. 23, 2021, at 9:30 am. 

The application is available for inspection by the public between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm on regular business days at Cleveland City Hall, 601 Lakeside Ave., Rooom 220.

Public comments on this application are welcome. There are two ways for the public to submit comments for the Committee to consider about this legislation. First, please reference the ordinance number (“973-2021”) and/or a description of the legislation (“application for the Ohio City Community Entertainment District”) in any communication.  Comments may be submitted via:
