Registrations to speak at a regular council meeting can be submitted between 12 (noon) on Wednesdays before the meeting and no later than 2 pm on the Monday of the regular 7 pm council meeting. Early registrations will not be accepted. Registrations can also be submitted:
All registration information is considered public record except for the personal phone number and email address. All public comments made at the Council meeting are considered a public record.
Speaking slots will be allotted by order of registration. The first 10 registrations will get the opportunity to comment for up to three minutes. (Eleven and after will be notified.) There will not be a rollover list of people who will be given speaking priority at the next regular Council meeting. A new registration is required each week.
Note: Speakers will need a photo ID to enter City Hall, must be masked (except while speaking) and will be given a temperature check upon entering. Council Chambers are on the 2nd floor.
